Web & UX Design
What happens when a vision is clear, but the tools aren’t there yet?
That was the starting point for The Fractionall.
The idea existed. The positioning was already taking shape. Parts of it had even been explored using AI tools. What was missing was a way to turn all of that into something coherent, usable, and sustainable.
The project wasn’t about inventing a concept.
It was about giving structure to one that was already alive.

The Fractionall is a consulting brand built around the idea of fractional expertise, offering senior-level support without the need for full-time roles. The business speaks to founders and companies who need clarity, guidance, and flexibility rather than large teams.
The vision was strong from the beginning. Translating it into a website that people could understand quickly was the real challenge.
The founder reached out with a very clear direction for what she wanted to communicate. She had already explored ideas, language, and structure using AI, but struggled to bring everything together in WordPress.
The content existed, but consistency was uneven. Navigation felt heavier than it needed to be. And while the message was there, the experience didn’t yet support it.
The goal was to shape all of that into a website that felt confident, readable, and easy to move through — without diluting the original vision.
The work focused on organizing and refining.
Content was reviewed to align tone, remove contradictions, and simplify how services were explained. Navigation was reworked and refined with custom PHP code so visitors could understand the offering without having to piece things together on their own.
The site was designed and built in WordPress, keeping flexibility in mind. Decisions were made so the founder could confidently manage the site after delivery, adding pages, updating text, and adjusting sections without technical dependence.
To support that, I created a clear manual explaining how to edit and maintain the website. The goal wasn’t just to deliver a site, but to leave the owner comfortable using it.
The final website reflects the clarity of the business behind it.
Visitors can quickly understand what The Fractionall offers, who it’s for, and how to take the next step. The experience feels structured without being rigid, and the content reads consistently across pages.
More importantly, the founder now manages the site independently. Updates, new sections, and content changes happen without friction or hesitation. The website became a working tool, not something to be handled carefully or avoided.
That confidence was part of the outcome.
Having a vision is one thing. Owning it is another.
This project was a reminder that good UX work doesn’t stop at launch. It also means making sure the person behind the product feels capable and in control once the work is handed over.
A website that only works with external help isn’t finished.
This one was.
